Pathyadighan (130mg): Pathyadi Ghan is an Ayurvedic formulation mainly used to manage and reduce conditions related to headaches, especially migraines and tension headaches. Additionally, according to Ayurvedic principles, it may help balance Vata and Pitta doshas.
Shirshooldivajra Ras (100mg): Useful in the treatment of head disorders (ShiroRoga). With its Ayurvedic formulation, it provides relief from chronic headaches, migraines, and other types of head pain.
Godanti Bhasma (50mg): Godanti Bhasma is an Ayurvedic product that may help with symptoms of cough and cold. It can reduce body temperature and pain. It may also improve overall health.

Datura (Datura metel) (20mg): All Datura plants contain tropane alkaloids such as scopolamine and atropine, mostly found in their seeds and flowers, and in the roots of some species like D. Wrightii. Because of these substances, Datura has been used as a poison in some cultures for centuries.
Saajikhar (Sodium Bicarbonate) (19mg): Traditionally used in some cultures for the treatment of internal ulcers and may have other medicinal benefits.
Kesar (Crocus sativus) (1mg): Saffron has traditionally been used to relieve headaches, especially migraines, due to active compounds such as crocin and safranal, which provide pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory benefits.

Indication
Shankhanishtoda (temporal headaches), Ghata Sambheda (pain in the occipital region), Bhru-Madhya-Lalata Tapan (pain and burning in the forehead), Shrotra Shankha Samvata Peeda (sharp pain in the ears), Aksinishkasa-vat Peeda (pain in the eyes as if they are protruding), Shiroghurnanam (dizziness), Sandhi Mokshan Vata Peeda (joint pain with a feeling of looseness)
